I think this only proves that poorly executed National Health Care doesn't work. The real problem here seems to be the paucity of the National dentists and high prices of the private ones. Proving privatization is still a problem. Lots of dentists are expensive in America too and my health insurance has never included dental. I had to pay a rather lot of money once to have a dentist look at me and tell me the problem was in my sinuses and there was nothing he could do.
